Conversations with My Children
I thoroughly enjoy the conversations I have with all my children. We
talk about life issues, spiritual things, make jokes, talk about
food etc and sometimes there are no spoken words at all.
It is amazing how they have grown from explaining to me their
whimsical childhood imaginations, when they were young, to sharing
their adult and semi adulthood adventures (and at times) shocking or
very inspirational experiences.
I have learned that there are lots of things to know about them,
and from them, when I just listen to them, and trust God for them,
as they grow. Even in the quiet times when they don't have much to
talk about, I'm learning to trust God for them and read between
the lines of their silence and remembering my prayers for them ,
God's promises concerning them and His faithfulness and love for
them.
So, While maintaining mommy mode, enjoying my relationship with my
children is just one reward for learning to let them grow at God's
own pace and although it was not easy , to God I am still thankful.
My Children my first ministry from which I learned about God
working in them. -ConnieMojica. Love Grace and Peace

Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.
As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth.
Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.
