Newbie Bread Making

As a newbie bread maker I'm learning a lot about myself. One: that making bread is very rewarding. And two: that playing with and kneading the warm dough brings out the child in me, and shaping the dough satisfies my artistic side, feels much like working with soft clay. Making bread from scratch, for me, turns out to be enjoyable and relaxing, I get lost in the moment !
